Most projects are in Jackson and Josephine counties: Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Jacksonville, Talent, Phoenix, Eagle Point, White City, Shady Cove, Rogue River, Gold Hill, Grants Pass, and nearby communities.
Most structural, electrical, plumbing, and ADU projects require permits. We handle permitting with the City/County building department and schedule all inspections.
Timelines depend on scope, selections, and permitting. Typical ranges:
Kitchen/Bath Remodel: 4–10 weeks
Addition/ADU: 3–6 months
Custom Home: 7–12+ months
You’ll receive a detailed schedule before we start.
After a site visit, we provide a clear proposal with line-item scope, allowances for finishes, and any optional upgrades. Change orders are approved in writing before work proceeds.
